Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong client relationships. Duties include managing accounts, maintaining professional communication, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring the market to adapt strategies that align with business growth objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development
  • Strong skills in Communication
  • Understanding of business strategies and client relationship management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the education or training sector is advantageous

Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective candidates


● Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective candidates


● Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods


  • ● Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
