Shift Timing: 3pm-7pm WFO and 8pm-12am WFH

Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team for the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with international clients, and converting prospects into customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.


Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.


• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.


• Generate and qualify leads for business opportunities.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.


• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and closure.


• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / International Sales / BPO Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working in night shifts.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.


Preferred Skills:


• Experience in international sales process (US/UK market).

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary= 30k-40k per month
