AveryBit is Hiring!!


We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Inside Sales Executive facing activities and structured business processes while gaining hands-on experience and long-term growth in the IT services domain.


*This is an on-site position, so we are considering only Indore based/ nearby local candidates.*


Location: Indore

Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)

Experience: 0–1 year


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in IT bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and similar portals
  • Identify relevant opportunities and submit customized proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Support lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Assist in client communication, requirement understanding, and follow-ups
  • Update and manage Zoho CRM, including leads, deals, and communication tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support proposal creation and deal progression
  • Participate in process improvement and sales efficiency initiatives
  • Gradually take ownership of responsibilities based on performance


Who Should Apply:

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in IT bidding, business development, or sales support
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, or Zoho CRM (or willingness to learn)
  • Good communication and proposal-writing skills
  • Interest in IT services, client interaction, and business growth
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
