Job Summary
:We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive course enrollments by promoting LeapUp’s programs to prospective students. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, understand student requirements, provide tailored course guidance, and convert inquiries into successful enrollment

Responsibilities for Inside Sale
s: Course Promotion and Sale
s: • Actively promote and sell courses to prospective studen
ts.
Inside Sales Responsibilit
ies:• Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective stude
nts.• Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questi
ons.• Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and intere
sts.• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activ
ity.• Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrolme
nts.
Customer Relationship Managem
ent: • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institut
ions.• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment pro
cess.
Market Research and Insi
ghts: • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the Edutech
space.• Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and marketing strat
egies.
Sales Rep
orting:• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM so
ftware.• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
review.
