- About ASGT
- Advance Saudi German Trading Co. (ASGT) is a Saudi-based industrial B2B trading company. This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, supports our Saudi sales team, and follows the Saudi working week: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (Friday and Saturday off).
About the role
You will be the first point of follow-up for incoming sales leads — calling and emailing prospects, keeping our CRM current, and coordinating meetings and calendars for the sales team. It is a phone-forward, well-organised role for someone who communicates clearly and follows through.
What you'll do
- Follow up on inbound and assigned leads by phone and email
- - Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for the sales team
- - Keep lead and customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM
- - Coordinate next steps between prospects and the sales team
- - Support day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks
What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English (most important requirement)
- - 1 to 2 years in inside sales, tele-sales, customer support, or coordination; strong freshers welcome
- - Confident on the phone, organised, and detail-oriented
- - Based in or able to relocate to Kochi/Calicut
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST
Salary: INR 18,000 to 28,000 per month
