Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as an Injection Molding Operator is based in Baddi. The responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining equipment to optimize performance. The role also involves conducting inspections, handling preventive maintenance, and assisting with troubleshooting equipment issues to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Injection Molding techniques
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring product compliance with specifications
• Knowledge of Injection technologies and handling molds effectively
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of machinery
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent education recommended
