The Infrastructure Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering robust IT infrastructure solutions that enhance the organization's operational efficiency. The role involves managing hardware, software, and network issues, implementing security measures, and leveraging Azure Cloud services to optimize infrastructure performance. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to drive and support technological initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they align with company standards and objectives.
- Deploy and oversee Azure Cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Implement security protocols and monitor infrastructure to safeguard organizational data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance IT solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical systems, processes, and procedures.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Cloud platforms and related tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Regular computer usage.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
