The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux Shell Scripting, SQL Database Querying, and hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems in the telecommunications sector. Familiarity with Cramer tools, defect triage, and incident management processes are key to ensuring optimal performance and efficient resolution of network and service-related issues.
