Job Description:

We are looking for Infrastructure Security Operations Engineers to support 24×7 enterprise security operations. The role involves monitoring, managing, and maintaining security platforms including firewalls, endpoint security, VPN, and web security systems. The selected candidates will work closely with the internal security team to ensure system stability, incident response, and compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24×7 monitoring and operational support for infrastructure security platforms.
• Manage and administer firewalls, endpoint security, VPN, MFA, and web security gateways.
• Handle security incidents, alerts, and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform log monitoring, rule reviews, and preventive maintenance.
• Support change management, compliance activities, and audit documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain security platform performance.

Required Skills:

• Experience with network security platforms such as Check Point, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, VPN, MFA, and web security solutions.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in 24×7 shift environments.

Experience:

• Security Operations Analyst: 3+ years
• Mid-Level Security Engineer: 7–10 years
• Senior Security Engineer: 10+ years
