Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations Responsibilities:

Incident Analysis & Escalation:

Handle security events and alerts escalated by Level 1 analysts or automated systems.
Perform deep-dive investigations to determine impact and severity of incidents.

Threat Detection:

Use SIEM, EDR, and Vulnerability Management tools to proactively identify adversary activity or potential threats.

Incident Response & Remediation Assistance:

Assist in containment, mitigation, and documentation of security incidents.
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to workflow enhancements, detection rule tuning, and escalation procedures.

Required Skills And Experience

4–6 years in security operations or cybersecurity roles, plus network administration experience.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, VPNs, PKI, authentication protocols).
Hands-on experience with Meraki full stack, Cisco ISE with Azure Entra ID integration, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Palo Alto Prisma Access (ZTNA, CASB, SWG).
Familiarity with SD-WAN and SASE architectures.
Proficiency with SIEM/SOAR platforms, EDR tools, and threat intelligence systems.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, APIs, and orchestration frameworks for automating network tasks.
Knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI (GenAI) concepts.
Ability to design and implement AI-driven use cases for networking and security operations (e.g., predictive analytics, automated remediation
Mastery of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security, , and SIEM solutions
Deep understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and their security mechanisms
Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Experience with key market leading technologies in the relevant area

Preferred Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields
Experience with workload, server, network architectures and associated security controls
Ability to assess and follow best practices in technology deployment and configuration
Experience with the design and implementation of security architectures, segmentation and zero trust frameworks
