ABOUT TATA ELECTONICS:
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Description:
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. (Utilities & Logistics infra)
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and community leaders and internal stake holders
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their needs are met.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities, event outcomes, and government affairs and track the progress of various social and industrial infra
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects and initiatives.
Program Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute utilities infra projects at site.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
Government Affairs Support:
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government bodies.
- Support government-related projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with government officials and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/electrical/chemical engineering with PMP Certification.
Desired Experience Level:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in infrastructure projects engineering/management, operations management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
