Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 7 15 years of experience in infrastructure/architecture roles.

2 5+ years in AI/ML platform engineering or MLOps.

Experience working in BFSI or regulated environments is a strong plus

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, distributed training, and model deployment patterns.

2 Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/ AWS/GCP a plus).

3 Experience with GPU based computing, high performance clusters, and AI hardware accelerators.

4 Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

5 Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks.

6 Knowledge of networking, security, identity, and enterprise infrastructure. Familiarity with Python, bash, and REST APIs.
