Job Summary As an Infra. Technology Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Python and Generative AI to enhance our infrastructure solutions. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with our companys goals. Your role will significantly contribute to optimizing our technology processes and improving overall efficiency. Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Solution Specialist to lead the design development and implementation of AI-driven enhancements across the GenAI Platform including the Incident Change and Problem Management processes. This role focuses on leveraging advanced natural language understanding contextual awareness intelligent automation and analytics to transform IT Service Management (ITSM) operations. Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows to optimize Incident Change and Problem Management. Integrate intelligent automation to reduce manual effort and improve resolution times. Collaborate with ServiceNow SMEs to ensure seamless integration of GenAI capabilities with existing ITSM platforms. Utilize advanced analytics and LLMs (Large Language Models) to identify patterns root causes and opportunities for proactive issue resolution. Develop contextual AI models to enhance decision-making and user interactions. Streamline change execution processes with predictive insights and automated validations. Drive continuous improvement in operational KPIs through AI-led interventions. Elevate the experience of technical engineers a by providing intuitive responsive and intelligent support systems. Ensure GenAI solutions are aligned with user needs and ITSM best practices. Coordinate with delivery teams to drive the implementation and rollout of the GenAI platform across ITSM modules. Monitor progress resolve implementation challenges and ensure alignment with business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams including infrastructure service desk and change management. Communicate solution benefits and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLMs. Experience in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
