Job Description

Experience: 13 - 18 Years
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Mandatory Skills: Azure Infra DevOps, Kubernetes, Grafana or any LGTM, Prometheus

Primary Skills

3+ years of experience in leading Azure Infrastructure projects
6+ years of experience in working on Observability/monitoring tools like New Relic, LGTM(Loki, Grafana, Tempo, and Mimir) or Prometheus
3+ years experience defining and implementing alerting mechanisms, SLO/SLI metrics, and reliability KPIs
8+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure
4+ years of experience in Azure CLI and Powershell
3+ years experience integrating APIs and connecting multiple data sources for dashboards and analytics
8+ years experience in CI/CD principles, build automation, and deployment strategies
4+ years of experience in infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) for deployment
4+ years of experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
5+ years of experience in Agile development environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Experience in leading and delivering Azure Infrastructure projects with strong hands-on expertise
Experience in New Relic APM, dashboards, alerts, logs, and NRQL queries
Lead the design and development of LGTM dashboards for real-time monitoring and visualization
Hands-on experience with LGTM / CodeQL for static code analysis
Ability to configure and tune CodeQL queries, rules, and suppressions
Define and implement alerting mechanisms and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) aligned with business KPIs
Execute migration from New Relic to LGTM stack, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity
Integrate multiple APIs and data sources to enhance monitoring capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure observability best practices across applications and services
Mentor and guide team members on technical implementation and troubleshooting, code reviews
Experience integrating code scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
Ability to perform code refactoring based on static analysis output
Basic knowledge of microservices architecture
Strong skills in documenting migration steps, workflows, and best practices
Effective communication and collaboration with development, DevOps, and security teams
Hands on experience in a programming language(.NET) is good to have
