Job Description

Architecture & Design

Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture standards and roadmaps.
Design solutions for servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.

System Administration

Manage and optimize Windows/Linux operating systems and associated services.
Oversee database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) for performance and security.

Cloud & Virtualization

Architect hybrid/multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implement virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Security & Compliance

Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.

Performance & Availability

Design high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance.

Collaboration

Work closely with application teams, network engineers, and security specialists.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS administration.
Proficiency in database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.

Architecture & Design

Ability to create detailed infrastructure diagrams and documentation.

Tools & Automation

Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Certifications

AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
ITIL Foundation
Database certifications (Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL)
