Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Professional specializing in call center operations, located in Agartala. The IT professional will be responsible for maintaining and administering the network infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service support to ensure smooth operations within the call center environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Installation, configuration troubleshooting and maintain IT infrastructure components, including Desktop, Servers, Networks and applications. Coordinate IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments. Proficiency in implement IT security policies, procedures and best practices, and maintain accurate documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience with 3+ years in call center IT operations with CCNA, MCSE?certifications / trainings.
