We're Hiring: Service Desk Engineer
We're looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our team!
Position: Service Desk
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Service Desk support through Phone, Chat, and other support channels.
- Handle and resolve Incidents and Service Requests within defined SLAs.
- Deliver remote troubleshooting and break-fix support for software and IT applications.
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless networking, and other end-user hardware.
- Assist users with technical issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Be available to work on weekends as per the monthly support roster.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Any relevant technical certification is an added advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
