We're Hiring: Service Desk Engineer

We're looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our team!

Position: Service Desk

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service Desk support through Phone, Chat, and other support channels.
  • Handle and resolve Incidents and Service Requests within defined SLAs.
  • Deliver remote troubleshooting and break-fix support for software and IT applications.
  • Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless networking, and other end-user hardware.
  • Assist users with technical issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Be available to work on weekends as per the monthly support roster.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Any relevant technical certification is an added advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
