Experience: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, updates, and hiring status.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
• Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong client coordination and relationship management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments.
• Ability to close positions within defined timelines.
