Job Title: Project Manager Location: KOLKATA Experience Required: 4?8 years Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end project delivery across multiple business functions. This includes defining project scope, managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks. Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage deliverables. Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop effective mitigation plans. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance norms, and customer expectations. Prepare periodic project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership review. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams. Manage change requests to maintain alignment with project objectives and scope. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 4?8 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role. Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Good technical understanding of web development and data engineering technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master?s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
