This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, OH. The Deputy Manager – Information Security will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s information security framework. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating security policies and protocols, identifying and mitigating security risks, conducting audits, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing security training for employees. The role also involves incident management, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and ensuring protection against cyber threats.

• Experience in Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance
• Skills in IT Governance, Policy Development, and Cybersecurity Frameworks
• Ability to conduct Vulnerability Assessment, Threat Analysis, and Risk Mitigation
• Knowledge of System Auditing and Incident Management
• Proficiency in Security Tools, Encryption Standards, and Network Protocols
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is preferred
