Senior IT Corporate Trainer ? Cybersecurity / Data Science / Cloud / AI & ML About the Role We are seeking highly experienced IT professionals with a minimum of 5+ years of real-time, hands-on experience to deliver high-quality technical training across Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The role involves training both corporate employees and campus hires in virtual and on-site formats. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for corporate teams and campus trainees in online and classroom environments. Conduct training needs assessments and customize modules based on client or organizational requirements. Create comprehensive training materials including labs, case studies, assignments, and assessments tailored for different skill levels. Deliver interactive sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and train-the-trainer (TTT) programs across multiple technology domains. Evaluate learner performance, provide structured feedback, and measure training outcomes through assessments and progress reports. Continuously update course content by staying aligned with the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one major domain: Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning. Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, Lead Engineer, or Mentor is highly desirable. Strong practical expertise in relevant tools/technologies such as Python/R, SQL, cloud platforms, security tools, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences?from fresh graduates to experienced professionals. Education Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics , or a related discipline.
