Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Influencer Marketing Manager role based in Kochi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, vet, and onboard influencers across relevant platforms, manage outreach, negotiate collaboration terms, and maintain long-term relationship pipelines. In day-to-day work, this role will plan and execute influencer campaigns, coordinate briefs and content timelines, ensure brand alignment, and track campaign performance against objectives. The person in this role will collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and data teams to integrate influencer activity into broader campaigns and optimize content based on performance insights. Regular responsibilities include reporting on KPIs, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with platform and advertising guidelines, and continuously refining influencer strategies to support client and internal projects.
Qualifications
- Influencer and social media marketing skills, including creator discovery, outreach, and campaign management.
- Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and brand communication in multi-channel environments.
- Strong skills in planning, analytics, and performance reporting, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Kochi, collaborating across remote and in-office teams.
- Prior experience managing influencer programs for agencies, consumer brands, or startups is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools, influencer platforms, and social media measurement solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
