As our Influencer Marketing Executive, you'll own the creator ecosystem end-to-end. From identifying the right creators and negotiating partnerships to executing campaigns and measuring performance, you'll help make Smylo one of the most loved and talked-about pet brands in India.

- Build and execute Smylo's influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators who align with the brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from outreach and negotiations to content approvals, execution, and reporting.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
- Plan product seeding campaigns and ensure timely coordination of deliveries and content.
- Track campaign performance across reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI, and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, performance marketing, and brand teams to develop high-impact creator campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform trends, creator landscape, competitor activity, and emerging content formats.
- Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and campaign documentation.
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem across lifestyle, pets, food, and consumer brands.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing campaigns with nano, micro, and macro influencers.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking ownership.
- Own influencer marketing at one of India's fastest-growing D2C pet brands.
- Work directly with the founding team and make a measurable impact on brand growth.
- Experiment with bold ideas, creator-first campaigns, and new formats.
- Be part of a team that's building a category-defining brand from the ground up.
