The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of executing diverse influencer campaigns, strong negotiation skills, and a creative yet analytical mindset. With a keen eye for spotting and nurturing digital talent, you will play a critical role in elevating the brand's presence across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.


1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, strategize, and execute influencer campaigns, including brainstorming content ideas, influencer screening, and coordinating timely execution.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a mix of influencers (Category A, B, Micro, Nano) for paid and barter collaborations.
  • Onboard and manage new and existing influencers for product launches, awareness campaigns, referral programs, and international blogger collaborations.
  • Design tailored programs to acquire and retain influencers while ensuring smooth onboarding.


2. Influencer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers across categories such as Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle, Fitness, etc.
  • Periodically review and upgrade influencer associations based on performance and brand goals.


3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate influencer partnerships using performance metrics like engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure maximum share of voice for the brand on social media.
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of all influencer campaigns, deliverables, and performance data.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Track weekly targets and support the team in achieving measurable results.


4. Industry Trends & Internal Collaboration

  • Stay updated on digital media trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, brand, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.


What Are We Looking For?

  • 1-2 years in influencer marketing, with an agency background.
  • Proven ability to handle a diverse mix of influencers (A, B, Micro, Nano) across platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills to maximize ROI within allocated budgets.
  • Balanced skill set of creativity, analytical thinking, perseverance, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel (moderate to advanced), and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Strong ownership mindset and adaptability in managing uncertainty.
  • Keen eye for identifying and nurturing potential digital creators.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing nuances on platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in marketing or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, and skincare brands is a bonus.
