Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Associate at HOVO Digital. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing influencer relationships, implementing influencer marketing campaigns, coordinating social media marketing initiatives, and supporting public relations efforts. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

Job Description-

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience demographics.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms and other channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and drive ROI.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's voice and messaging, and ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and values.
