Description : Conversational AI Expert Location : Onsite Noida Department : AI/ML Experience : 2+ Years About The Role We are looking for a Conversational AI Expert to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for our multimodal EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with the AI/ML Lead to build intelligent systems that understand student context, personalize learning journeys, and enhance engagement through text, voice, and visual AI capabilities. In this role, you will work on conversational AI systems, recommendation engines, OCR for handwritten notes, predictive analytics, and adaptive learning algorithms that respond to student behavior and emotional states. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy conversational AI models, including dialogue systems, context managers, and NLP pipelines. Build personalization and recommendation engines to enhance student learning experiences. Implement OCR models for handwritten educational content. Work with AI/ML Lead to design multimodal AI features (text, voice, and visual). Develop predictive analytics models for student performance and engagement. Integrate vector databases and semantic search for efficient knowledge retrieval. Optimize ML model performance through A/B testing, monitoring, and tuning. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy real-time inference solutions. Required Skills 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience. Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, chatbots, and dialogue management. Experience with recommendation systems and personalization algorithms. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search. Familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model integration. Strong understanding of A/B testing and AI model optimization. Nice To Have Experience integrating speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems. Exposure to multimodal AI (text + voice + visual). Knowledge of predictive analytics and student behavior modeling. Prior experience in EdTech or consumer-facing AI/ML applications.
