Description Infilon Technologies, a prominent software development company based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives. The role involves working on large, complex datasets, building scalable data-driven solutions, and applying mathematical and algorithmic techniques to uncover insights. Key Responsibilities Implement solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks to build, train, and deploy machine learning models at scale. Develop and implement data similarity algorithms (e.g., Jaccard similarity, cosine similarity). Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases. Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions. Design and implement advanced search and traversal algorithms for complex data structures. Work on large-scale, highly interconnected datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and business value. Use your mathematical expertise to solve algorithmic and analytical challenges. A quick learner with a proven ability to be adaptive to new technologies and evolving project requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills 5+ years in data science. Strong hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases. Solid background in mathematics. Experience with search algorithms and data science workflows. Proficient in Python and relevant ML libraries. Proven knowledge of data similarity and search algorithms. Strong background in mathematics (linear algebra, statistics, probability, calculus). Nice To Have Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Exposure to distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
