The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Industrial Product Designer to join our Hyderabad studio. This role is ideal for designers who are strong in parametric modeling, concept development, and high-quality visualisation, and who enjoy working at speed without compromising on design intent or detail.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, strategists, and vendors to bring product ideas to life—from early concepts to production-ready designs.

What you’ll do

• Lead Concept design & form exploration (Rhino or similar)
• Parametric 3D modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Create realistic, life-like renders in real-world contexts
• Translate concepts into production-ready designs
• Work efficiently across multiple design stages & timelines
• Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and vendors to refine product concepts
• Think beyond the brief and innovate within constraints

You’re a good fit if you (Technical skills)

• Have 2+ years in industrial/product design
• Are strong in parametric & concept design tools
• Create polished, realistic renders
• Value speed, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Prefer building products—not coding

• Have a strong understanding of form, materials, and design
• Bring creativity with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Are disciplined, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Work well both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Are detail-oriented and organized in managing timelines and feedback loops
