Overview
Join our client's engineering team and help design the hydraulic systems that power heavy industry. In this role, you'll partner with customers and sales teams to shape system concepts, build schematics, size components, and support projects from design through commissioning. If you enjoy solving complex hydraulic challenges, collaborating across teams, and getting hands-on in the field, this is your kind of work.
What You'll Do
- Develop hydraulic circuits, system layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Size and select hydraulic components to meet performance and application requirements
- Support proposal development, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate directly with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering groups
- Provide technical expertise across the full project lifecycle, from concept through startup
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial hydraulics, fluid power, or systems integration
- Strong hydraulic circuit design and component selection experience
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
- Familiarity with UL/CE standards is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and customer-facing teams
