Job Summary:
The Deep Draw Parts Localization Specialist is responsible for adapting deep-drawn metal components for production manufacturing facilities. This role involves technical evaluation of deep draw processes, supplier coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with local standards and materials.

Job Summary:
The Deep Draw Parts Localization Specialist is responsible for adapting deep-drawn metal components for production manufacturing facilities. This role involves technical evaluation of deep draw processes, supplier coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with local standards and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Localization:
- Analyze and adapt deep draw part designs for local manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to modify tooling and dies for production.
- Ensure compatibility of materials and processes with local suppliers.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Identify and qualify local suppliers capable of deep draw manufacturing.
- Support supplier onboarding and technical training.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve production issues.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local industry standards and regulations.
- Implement corrective actions for defects or process deviations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of localization changes and supplier capabilities.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Support cost analysis and optimization efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in deep drawing or metal forming processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software and tooling design.
- Strong understanding of localization strategies and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
