Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT-OT Integration Engineer with a strong background in industrial automation and digital transformation. This role will focus on bridging IT systems with operational technologies, enabling seamless integration across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT-OT integration architectures across industrial systems
• Work with SCADA, MES, Historians, ERP, and middleware platforms
• Enable data exchange using OPC-UA, MQTT, Kafka, and industrial protocols
• Support digital initiatives like Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, and analytics
• Configure and manage industrial networking and ICS devices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, OT, and business stakeholders

• Must-Have Skills
• OT Expertise
• Strong knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems and electrical drawings
• Hands-on experience with industrial networking (TCP/IP, Modbus, Serial communication)

IT-OT Integration

• Deep understanding of IT-OT boundaries and architectures
• Experience with MES, SCADA, Historians, ERP, PLM systems
• Knowledge of OPC-UA, MQTT, Kafka
• Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., UA Expert, Siome)
• Exposure to industrial historian/time-series systems (AVEVA / OSIsoft PI)
• Understanding of Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, Analytics solutions

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Ignition (Open Platform SCADA)
• Knowledge of ICS security & networking devices (firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers)
• Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN/Subnetting concepts
• Experience in IT-OT consulting or MES implementation
• Team handling experience
