We operate in the industrial automation & manufacturing engineering sector, delivering control systems, factory automation, and process optimization solutions for discrete and process industries across India. This on-site role supports machine builders and end-users to design, implement, and commission robust control systems that improve uptime, throughput, and safety.

Primary job title: Automation Controls Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLC and HMI/SCADA control solutions for industrial machinery and process lines, including control schematics and I/O lists.
• Program, test, and commission PLCs and HMIs (Ladder Logic/Structured Text) and lead FAT/SAT activities with customers and integrators.
• Integrate industrial networks and field devices (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus) and configure VFDs, motor drives, and safety interlocks.
• Troubleshoot on-site control system faults, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to restore production quickly.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams to produce BOMs, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and documentation for installation and handover.
• Implement commissioning checklists, update control logic based on field feedback, and support continuous improvement and lifecycle support activities.
