We are looking for a creative, motivated, Industrial Architect to work on Iconic Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

·       Prepare architectural drawings and presentations.

·       Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into design concepts.

·       Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants on design and documentation.

·       Conduct site visits and prepare reports for ongoing projects.

·       Prepare working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local building codes and standards.

·       Help coordinate drawings across different disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors).

·       Maintain accurate project records and drawing sets.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).

·       10 years of experience in industrial architectural design or practice

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Good understanding of industrial architectural design principles, space planning, and building materials.

·       Have worked on projects which include warehouses, factories

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects under supervision.

·       Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.

·       Exposure to site supervision or project management is a plus.
