Job Description

Designation: Indirect Tax

Office Location: Pune Chakan p

Position Description

Indirect tax Litigation management. Knowledge of GST and erstwhile laws.
Handle the GST ISD return.
Handling queries from Tax Authorities & provide required information, explanations.
Appearing before the Indirect tax authorities in relation to Indirect tax assessments and litigations
Assist for in audit from Indirect tax perspective
Maintain Contingent liability & trackers accurately & on real time basis and save all the data in relevant folders, prepare MIS
Support in preparation of Reponses and collation of data against notices & Appeals
Support in GST compliances including HSN classification

Primary Responsibilities

Litigation tracker management
Assistance in preparing responses and compiling data for notices and appeals.
Maintain CL & trackers accurately & on real time basis and save all the data in relevant folders, prepare MIS
Ensure timely availing of all eligible ITC and reconciliation of General Ledgers on a regular basis.
Responsible for leaner and effective tax related processes with automation to the extent possible
Sustainable tax team and ensuring regular knowledge updates for the team.
