Information About The Business

The Team focuses on designing and delivering business solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and provide actionable insights across Aon’s Human Capital Solutions businesses. The team leverages the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to create scalable applications, automate workflows, streamline operations, and develop interactive dashboards that support business decision-making. The team partners with stakeholders across multiple domains to identify opportunities for digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and business outcomes.

General Description Of Role

As a member of the Team, you will have the opportunity to work with global stakeholders and contribute to strategic business initiatives through the development of Power Platform solutions. This role focuses on building business applications using Power Apps, automating processes through Power Automate, and creating insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, solve business challenges, and drive operational efficiencies through technology-enabled solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Prepare user documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and provide end-user support.
  • Present solution outcomes, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Stay current with new Power Platform features and best practices and apply them to business solutions.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Strong experience in Power BI, including dashboard development, report creation, data modeling, and DAX fundamentals.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient English communication, logical reasoning, and data interpretation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
