Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner. The process focuses on delivering excellent customer service for a reputed banking client.

Eligibility:

* Prior experience required with a valid experience letter

* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

* Comfortable working in voice process.

Salary & Benefits:

* ₹17,500 – ₹18,500 in-hand salary for experienced candidates

* ₹15,500 in-hand salary for freshers

* Performance-based incentives

* One-way cab facility provided (in odd hours)
