Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inbound Sales Head to lead and scale our inbound sales operations at Catalyst, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EdTech sales, team handling, and conversion-focused strategies.

  • Lead and manage the inbound sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and inquiries
  • Design and implement effective lead conversion and follow-up strategies
  • Monitor daily sales performance, funnel metrics, and conversion ratios
  • Train, mentor, and motivate counsellors/sales executives for high productivity
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and sales outcomes
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
