Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist (AI/ML) with over 8-10 years of experience specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. This is a position with hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions. ? Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies for business improvement. ? Establish best practices and frameworks for AI/ML development and deployment. ? Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. ? Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Required Skills: ? At least 3+ years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field. ? Proven track record of successfully managing AI/ML projects and teams. ? Strong technical expertise in AI/ML models, algorithms, and tools. ? Experience working in hybrid work environments is a plus. ? Experience with building highly scalable, secure, and fault tolerant microservices. Preferred skill set s: ? prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies would be advantageous.
