" Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP Signavio Managers with a strong background in Business Transformation and Process Minning experience. Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with client's senior leadership and project implementation teams to define transformation objectives and develop a comprehensive business & ERP transformation strategy. ? Utilize transformations tools to map out current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows. ? Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and their usage in ERP systems and possess knowledge of tools to utilize process mining and modeling capabilities. ? Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation by analyzing existing processes and their execution in ERP systems. ? Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies ? Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in/ support for transformation projects. ? Provide training and support to teams ? Oversee multiple transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. ? Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
