Gather and document business requirements, prepare BRD, FRD, and ISD artifacts for analytics and reporting initiatives. ? Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT teams to align client-analytics deliverables with enterprise data strategy. ? Conduct gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities (SAP S/4 HANA / BW / FPSL). Responsibilities: Business & Functional Analysis ? Gather and document business requirements, prepare BRD, FRD, and ISD artifacts for analytics and reporting initiatives. ? Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT teams to align client-analytics deliverables with enterprise data strategy. ? Conduct gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities (SAP S/4 HANA / BW / FPSL). Data & Technical Analysis ? Design and maintain data models, mappings, and data dictionaries for client, product, and transaction-level datasets. ? Perform data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across multiple systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA ? data warehouse ? reporting tools). ? Develop SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and control checks. ? Collaborate with developers and BI teams to ensure accuracy of analytical reports, dashboards, and feeds. Capital Markets & Reporting Knowledge ? Understand front-to-back data flow of Capital Markets products (Loans, Derivatives, Securities, Deposits, etc.) across trade capture, sub-ledger, and reporting layers. ? Support analytics on exposure, P&L, liquidity, and capital data derived from SAP and legacy systems. ? Liaise with stakeholders to ensure consistent data interpretation and adherence to financial-reporting standards. Testing & Delivery ? Lead and support UAT / SIT cycles, prepare test cases, perform data validation, and document results. ? Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, reconciled datasets and analytics outputs. ? Track issues, coordinate resolutions, and document closure evidence. Mandatory skill sets: Data Analytics, Business Analyst and Capital Market Knowledge.
