Role Description The Implementation Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end software and system implementation projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-implementation review. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and timelines, managing resources, tracking progress against milestones, and proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues. The role involves close collaboration with customers to gather requirements, communicate project status, ensure user adoption, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. The Implementation Project Manager will also work with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure solution quality, support testing and training activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project implementation and software implementation skills, with experience managing end-to-end delivery.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills to engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, solve problems, and make informed project decisions.
• Relevant experience in IT consulting, system integration, or program management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, scheduling and tracking tools) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in project delivery.
