As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack App Developer to join our journey and contribute to our culture of excellence. Position Overview: We are looking for two Implementation Consultants to lead customer onboarding and technical integration for our SaaS platform. The role focuses on configuring and supporting REST API and webhook-based integrations while working closely with customers throughout their onboarding journey. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timelines, scope, and expectations are met. Understand client business processes, gather integration requirements, and translate them into clear technical configurations. Configure and test integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS/automation tools (e.g., Postman, Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make). Read and interpret API documentation, set up endpoints, handle authentication flows (API keys, OAuth, etc.), and validate JSON payloads. Troubleshoot integration issues, analyze logs and error responses, and coordinate fixes with Product/Engineering when needed. Run implementation status calls, share regular updates with customers, and manage risks or blockers proactively. Deliver training sessions and walkthroughs for customer admins/end users and create light documentation or checklists. Provide a smooth handover to Customer Success / Support after go-live, ensuring all configuration and runbook details are documented. Roles & Responsibilities: 3?5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist, Integration Specialist, or Technical Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks, including understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, authentication, and JSON. Practical experience using tools like Postman (or similar API clients) to test and debug endpoints. Exposure to at least one iPaaS / automation platform such as Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make, or similar. Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, especially around integrations and data flows between multiple systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and prioritization abilities to run multiple implementations in parallel. Nice-to-have skills Experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar). Background working with JSON/CSV data, basic scripting, or SQL for debugging and validation. Prior experience in API / integration consulting or working with B2B SaaS products. Why Join Us?
