JECP Description Jagriti Enterprise Centre-Purvanchal (JEC-P) is an enterprise support incubator that assists small and medium enterprises in Tier 2 & 3 districts of India. JEC-P aims to drive economic growth and development in these regions through tailored support and incubation services. By promoting the growth of local enterprises, JEC-P contributes to the broader goal of regional development and sustainability. Role Description As an Impact Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) team. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of research and evaluation activities to assess the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Draft concept notes, proposals, and detailed project reports for CSR, government, donors, and different stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of research and evaluation plans. Conduct literature reviews and desk research to identify relevant information and best practices. ?Support in the development of project design, theories of change, results framework, and log frames. Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Develop and maintain databases and data management systems. Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries. Contribute to the development of monitoring and evaluation tools and indicators. Support the analysis of program outcomes and impact. Collaborate with program staff to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation. Key Skills: Excellent writing and analytical ability to analyse and synthesize complex ideas into simple language. ?Strong quantitative & qualitative research, data analysis & visualisation skills. Prior experience in digital data collection platforms is desirable. ?Regular field visits to collect, analyse, and visualise program data from field teams. Identify emerging needs and strategic opportunities for new projects based on field insights and data analysis. Understanding of monitoring and evaluation plans, performance, and impact indicators. Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and 1-2 years of experience in the Livelihood and entrepreneurship sector. Qualifications: Master's degree in Development studies, social sciences, economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in business analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Python, and any other similar tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with research design and methodology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
