Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing scalable AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) into web or software

applications.

Develop intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automation systems based on predefined logic.
Build and test AI chat interfaces or recommendation flows using no-code/low-code AI platforms where needed.
Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.
Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.
Mentor and guide developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1- 2 years of experience in web/software development with AI integration and Strong programming skills in Python.
Basic understanding of NLP and AI automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, React.JS or Node.js (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD.
Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
