Job Description Job Title: ?Identity and Access Engineer No of Positions: ?1 (Work from Office) Experience: ?1-2 Yrs Shift: Day Shift Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards ? Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews) Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management Understanding of managing RBAC models Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust ? Nice to Have Experience with Azure IAM features (e.g., Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management) Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) Azure DLP (Purview) experience Apply Now by writing to us at?
