Designation - IBM Sterling OMS Support / IBM Sterling OMS Developer Experience - 4+ Years Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Job Location - Chennai Required Skills OMS Development & Support Develop and support IBM Sterling OMS components across Staging, Pre-Production, and Production environments. Work extensively on core OMS modules such as DOM, GIV, Sourcing (SC), Platform, and Payments. Build Java-based customizations, extensions, and interfaces for Sterling OMS (Java/J2EE, SQL, IBM DB2). Configure and administer Sterling OMS components, APIs, and related interfaces. Provide end-to-end development, quick issue resolution, and production support (247 on need basis). Monitor order flow and proactively identify, analyze, and resolve issues. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate fixes with development teams. Create automated PL/SQL procedures and business reports as required. Monitor and troubleshoot inventory activities across multiple systems. Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS and its customizations. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, DB2, XML, JSON, XPath, APIs, and scripting. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Distribution, or Omni-channel environments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong communication-written, oral, and interpersonal. Flexibility to work across technologies and frameworks.
