Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM Middleware Support Engineer with 6 8 years of experience supporting enterprise middleware platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere MQ (IBM MQ), IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Managed File Transfer (MFT), B2B/EDI Operations, and production support.
The role involves monitoring middleware applications, troubleshooting integration failures, incident management, file transfer support, and coordinating with application and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere MQ (IBM MQ), IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Managed File Transfer (MFT), B2B/EDI Operations, and production support.
The role involves monitoring middleware applications, troubleshooting integration failures, incident management, file transfer support, and coordinating with application and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities Middleware Support
- Support IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ) environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IBM IIB/ACE message flows.
- Support IBM Managed File Transfer (MFT).
- Monitor middleware integrations and resolve production issues.
- Handle middleware incident management and root cause analysis.
- Monitor message queues and message flow.
- Troubleshoot interface failures.
- Support B2B/EDI operations.
- Monitor scheduled jobs using IBM DWC.
- Support secure file transfers using Ipswitch WS_FTP/SFTP.
- Perform L2/L3 production support.
- Analyze logs and queue failures.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Manage ServiceNow incidents and change requests.
- Use Datadog for monitoring.
- Perform Unix/Linux troubleshooting.
- Execute Shell/Perl scripts.
- Support Ansible-based automation (preferred).
