Our technology services client is seeking multiple IAM Implementation - Governance Specialist & CyberArk to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role: Role: IAM Implementation & Governance Specialist & CyberArk Experience: 5- 10 Years Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Noida Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days Mandatory Skills: CA IAM, CyberArk, Azure AD, PIM Job Description: 5+ years of experience in IAM with hands-on expertise in: CA Identity Manager & Governance CyberArk PAS (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA) Good to have Azure AD, Azure PIM, Symantec IAM, and Thycotic Secret Server. Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of CA Identity Manager and CA Identity Governance. Manage Installation and Upgradation and maintain Cluster CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and PTA. Perform regular backup, patching, and DR testing of CyberArk infrastructure. Onboard and manage privileged accounts across Windows, Unix, databases, and network devices. Integrate IAM platforms with target systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, cloud apps) and ticketing systems. Plan and execute upgrades for CA Identity Manager, CyberArk, and other IAM tools. Perform pre-upgrade assessments, post-upgrade validations, and rollback planning. Migrate legacy IAM systems or third-party PAM solutions to modern platforms. IAM certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender/ CA Identity Manager, Azure Security) preferred. Conduct access reviews, role mining, and policy enforcement using CA Identity Governance. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
