Job Description
Job Title: IAM Engineer Summary: Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure user access across systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain IAM integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud platforms. Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and access workflows using scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.). Implement SSO, MFA, and federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege. Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align IAM policies. Skills: Active Directory / Azure AD PowerShell / Python scripting SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, etc.) Strong understanding of IAM architecture and security principles
