Hypermarket Manager Job Description

The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing overall store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Manage and drive the stores Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
Maintain high ethical standards and handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Drive team performance with strong focus on employee engagement and development.
Ensure excellence in customer service and overall store experience.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and quality standards to maximize sales and minimize losses.
Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance revenue generation.

Key Skills

Strong expertise in FMCG, Retail, Apparel, Channel Sales, and Employee Engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation, and Promotions.
Preferred industry background: Retail, QSR, Apparel, FMCG, Hotel, or Service Industry.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail/QSR/hospitality/service sectors.
Must hold a graduate degree.
